Who knew?

• I’ve seen the Southern Cross for the first time.
• Been in the Pacific Ocean from a very different vantage point.
• Had Hokey Pokey Ice Cream.
• Met a significant portion of Mrs. Lee’s social circle at an awesome, amazing barbeque.
• Had a liqueur tasting with Lee’s family at 10:00AM local time, haha.

I’m so so so grateful to be here.

I’m so so so excited for the rest to come now that I’m returning to full consciousness (versus flight mode).

I’m loving it here with only more great things to come.

Who knew my modified calendar hiring would pay off thousand-fold with an opportunity just like this one.

ah, the calgary stampede. the GREATEST outdoor show on earth. everyone in this city has something to say about the stampede. everyone has also worked there at least one summer.

we don’t usually attribute joy with airlines or telephone companies.

however, calgary DOES have an airline that really is quite a joy to deal with.

all ice is fast… but calgary has the fastest ice on earth.  …on earth!

despite any blue/yellow or green/gold hertitage… we need to give the red/yellow dinos credit where credit is due.
