  • Convention, as always, was amazing.  Ah-mazing.  Wonderful.  It really always is.  Presenting was a ton of fun and brought on just the right kind on nerves.  Connecting was long overdue.  Keynotes filled me up.  Nervous speakers made me empathize.  Popcorn was free at not one, but two, booths.  Wonderful.  There really is something to be said for the connecting that can happen when we’re all together, altogether, downtown.
  • Registered in Melissa’s, Banff.  Here we go again.  22 this fall!  (oh, and the Police Half at the end of April making me continually feeling guilty for not really getting much running in!).  Teaching.  Yogaing.  Stasticsing. Not statisticsing.  Running.  There’s time for all of it, isn’t there?
  • Last time I blogged the phrase “aprendiz de todo, maestro de nada”… I was coming up with a bit of a five year plan.  It involved a degree, and a condo, and well… the last five years.  I think it’s time to reflect on the next five.  What do I want by mid-thirty.  Swamped with a bit I’d only really been thinking of ‘all that’ pretty intermittently.  Two trips to Whistler and one to Europe have now had me jotting down some notes on plane rides.  But really, what will, or could, 2013-2018 hold?  Time to think of all that more [purposefully] maybe?
